Exhibitions at artHouse LTA
artHouse LTA presents rotating exhibitions by Gabriel LTA that transform the gallery through new paintings and immersive visual environments.
Each exhibition brings together color, texture, scale, symbolism, and emotional tension. Rather than placing unrelated paintings on a wall, Gabriel develops bodies of work that communicate with one another and alter the atmosphere of the gallery as a whole.
New exhibitions are often introduced during Bend’s First Friday Art Walk.

First Friday exhibitions
First Friday exhibitions allow Gabriel LTA to present new work in direct conversation with the Bend community.
Each month introduces a different theme or visual experiment. Gabriel creates new pieces for these exhibitions and often rearranges the gallery to produce a complete floor-to-ceiling experience.
The monthly format makes artHouse an evolving creative environment.

See works in progress
Gabriel often works on current pieces in the middle of the gallery. Viewers aren’t separate from the creation of art in real time. Walk in and see Gabriel transform a painting layer by layer with thick acrylic paint and palette knives.

Past exhibition themes
Heavy Hearts Club
Heavy Hearts Club is a darker body of work built from deep palettes, reflective gloss, and heavily textured acrylic surfaces. The exhibition paired beauty with emotional weight, focusing on the things people hold onto even when they hurt. Gabriel LTA’s layered, large-scale paintings made that tension physical: polished and bruised at the same time.
Almost Alive
Almost Alive is an exhibition about movement inside stillness. More than 50 paintings and several new large-scale works filled artHouse LTA with color, texture, and repeated forms that seemed to shift as visitors moved through the gallery. The show pushed Gabriel’s work further toward immersive environments designed to define a room, not simply occupy a wall.
Immersive gallery environments
Gabriel designs exhibitions to influence the entire room.
Scale, placement, lighting, reflective materials, and relationships between paintings all contribute to the final experience.
A large work may establish the central visual rhythm. Smaller pieces may repeat, interrupt, or complicate that rhythm. Gloss may catch light from across the room, while thick texture becomes visible only at close range.
The result is an exhibition that changes as the visitor moves through it.
